WebI have two levels of dark cotton alley that are incomplete (7015x Patience and 7-19x XOXO). So I'd say for the 100% completion, achievement-wise, you don't need to finish Cotton Alley. I could be wrong though. It still says I have 99% in dark world, so I'd say true 100% is just acing everything, getting all bandages and beating all the warp zones.
