The BUG Mod combines mods that do not change the basic game play of Civ4 while WebFinally, I feel that Elizabeth's Redcoats are rather late in the game to be major movers-and-shakers as far as unique units go. If they kept their immense power from vanilla Civ IV (they were nerfed from the Warlords expansion onward), I'd have factored them more when considering Elizabeth's placement.
