A lot of aftermarket roller hydraulics are SADI which you can use a plain old simple cast iron gear. I ran a $29 MSD Melonized gear on my factory Mustang 5.0, 5150 billet for 2 years.

With a combo of 1 GM spring and 1 of the very light springs I got the timing to be all in at 3000 rpm (no vac. adv.) With the can hooked up timing @ idle is around 30* and total timing in the cruising range is 53*.

You will need the gear for the AMC and then ither of those will work. The gears there will tear up the camshaft..
