Nettet24. nov. 2024 · At some point I noticed that both Windows 10 21H1 (via the Performance tab in Task Manager) and Intel Xtreme Tuning were reporting a "Max Core Frequency" of well under 5.0 GHz. Actually the speed reported was under 4.0 GHz, which is about default speed of the Efficiency "E" Cores at 3.9 GHz (not o/c'd).
