Hell, even without any infusion it still has more AR as a base Claymore two-handed without any infusion at +10 than with Raw. Raw is only really good for low SL builds. And even then it's not recommended for most weapons. Webthe +26 is scaling, raw removes all scaling so it's just 159. Raw is generally very good early game, if you don't plan on upgrading dex or str anytime soon. It really depends on your own stat investment, and the weapon at hand.
