Make sure the hole depth exceeds the minimum embedment. Clear the hole of all debris. WebThis will make it easier to screw them in. Place the gun safe in position and thread the lag bolts through the anchor holes. Tighten them down with a wrench, making sure that they are very tight. You may need to use a socket set to do this. Now your gun safe is securely bolted to the floor and ready to use.
