When finished, hook your battery back up and drive for about 5 miles or so to re-set the computer. You won't have that problem anymore. Must keep the throttle bodies clean in Envoys and Trailblazers. If it's in park or neutral and the AC is running it's as smooth as silk. Driving it with the AC on I don't notice the shaking, but when I'm waiting at a red light for example, it can get annoying.
