As the new name suggests, BridgeWays is building bridges to help kids get from where they are to where they have the potential to be.

WebDec 1, 2024 · Housing services and support:bridgeways supports mentally ill homeless individuals through three housing programs a shelter plus care voucher program which coordinates with other partners to provide supportive case management, a transitional housing apartment and a section 8 voucher program. WebServices include Supported Housing, Supported Employment, Therapeutic Courts Programs for mental health and substance use disorders. Bridgeways also has a PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness) program that engages in community outreach.
